Charitable Review Lynn Martinez Members meet to look at, discuss and recommend the grant applications we receive.
Corrales Ditch Run Maureen Cook Annual race through Corrales SK, IOK, and half marathon. All proceeds
go to Kamp Klwanis.
Daffodil Days Lynn Martinez Coordinate with Presbyterian to purchase and give away daffodils, supporting Presbyterian Hospital Hospice.
Egg Hunt Tony Messec Held In La Entrada Park, organize
purchase ond assembly of eggs and
the event.
Greeter/Thought of the Day Lynn Martinez Assign members to greet members as
they arrive and provide the Thought
of the Day at our meetings.
Corrales Harvest Festival CHF Executive Committee, lead by Lane McIntyre Set-up and manage annual event, proceeds go to Kamp Kiwanis and Grants
Interclub Maple Levine Contact other clubs and select a meeting day that is convenient for
both clubs. There must be 4 members that attend the meetings or we do not get credit for it.
Kamp Kiwanis Cindy Conley Kamp Kiwanis is a 5 Day experience for less fortunate children that could
never afford to go to camp.
Kiwanis Shopping Spree Sue Hinchcliffe Every year the club donates a specified amount of money and volunteers to take children shopping for school clothes. This is done with 2 other clubs the Rio Rancho and Westside clubs.
Meeting Set-up and Tear Down John Schumann Responsible for setting up the equipment needed for the meeting.
Membership/Spiritual Values Cindy Conley Welcomes new members and plans membership activities. Sends cards, flowers etc. to club members and significant others when there is a need.
One Day Project A project is done for 1 day and is generally something that is community-oriented.
Publicity Makes sure the events we sponsor have newspaper and or media coverage.
Social Eileen Hermes Plans the social events for the club, such as Christmas, new member and other activities.
Speaker Chair Ann Taylor Assign members to get speakers for the meetings.
